Philip Gershater at Rodeo Realty Commercial is a real estate developer with 30 years experience in the development of shopping centers, office buildings and condominiums.

He has an undergraduate degree in economics, finance and law, and a post-graduate degree in accounting, auditing and cost accounting. He has operated as a California Real Estate Broker since 1990, with leading brokerage companies.

He represents landlords, tenants, and investment clients.
