Assist you in researching your lease requirements at the best possible rents and on the best possible lease terms
Negotiate with the landlord and/or tenant
 Assist in finalization of negotiations; point out the “small type” in leases
 Explain the intricacies of gross, modified gross and NNN rents
 Supervise lease documentation for approval by client’s attorney
